WORRY-FREE PURCHASE FROM SINGHANIA FURNITURE
We understand the importance of your peace of mind when it comes to the safety and security of your purchased items. Rest assured, your money and goods are in safe hands with us, and we are committed to ensuring that your trust in Singhania Furniture remains unwavering.
A. Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order with Singhania Furniture within 3 working days of placement. We will promptly reimburse the amount within 10 days to the same account from which the payment was made or any other mutually agreed documented account. Please note that the reimbursed amount is subject to deductions made by the payment gateway and applicable currency exchange rates.
After the initial 3 working days, cancellation will not be possible as your order would have moved to the production line. Since we custom-make each product according to your requirements and do not stock ready-made items, cancellation is not feasible once production has commenced.
Kindly note that cancellation and refund will not be possible once your furniture has been dispatched.
B. Returns Policy:
At Singhania Furniture, we go to great lengths in packaging and partner with renowned freight movers such as Safexpress/GATI to minimize the possibility of transit damage. Despite our efforts, there is a rare chance of damage occurring, and we have a robust return policy in place for such instances.
We strongly urge you to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. If any damage is identified, please capture images and videos of the damaged items and share them with us at care@singhaniafurniture.comwithin 24 hours of delivery. Your items are covered under transit insurance, enabling us to initiate an insurance claim with the transporter.
Our commitment is encapsulated in the phrase, "IF IT'S BROKEN, IT'S OURS." For this, we require supporting images and videos from your end. Damaged products will be replaced, or compensation will be provided with another selected product. For minor damages, we will arrange for on-site repairs within the next 24 working hours.
In any scenario, you agree to inform Singhania Furniture of any damaged products within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Failure to report damages within this timeframe will be deemed as the goods being received in satisfactory condition, and Singhania Furniture will not be liable for any claims of damages thereafter.
